How long does setup take?

Most shops take their first sale the same day. Hardware ships pre-configured; storefront goes live in about an hour.

Do I have to use your hardware?

Not on Starter — bring any Android/iPad with a Bluetooth scanner. On Pro+ we ship a pre-paired bundle so you just plug in.

Can I keep my own domain for the storefront?

Yes. CNAME your subdomain (e.g. shop.yourshop.ae) to cname.vercel-dns.com and add it in Settings. SSL is automatic.

How does the supplier marketplace work?

Verified wholesalers list live stock. When a SKU dips below par, you reorder in two taps — PO + delivery note + tax invoice are auto-generated on both sides.

Is my data portable?

Yes. Export inventory, customers, sales history, invoices and audit log as CSV / PDF anytime, no questions asked.

What languages are supported?

AI greeting-card messages in 15 languages. Storefront and card composer are bilingual EN + AR (RTL) natively.

What does an AI credit cost?

It's a unit of AI work — generating a blog post is 5 credits, an arrangement price is 3, a card message is 1. Plans include monthly credits; top-ups available anytime.
