Most shop systems quote a low monthly figure and bill the rest separately. Here is what is included and what needs a separate agreement.

Pricing questions, answered.

What exactly will I be charged?

The plan price — Studio is AED 799 per month. There is no tax added while our operator's VAT registration is pending. Before any separately agreed extras. There is no setup fee, no onboarding fee, no per-user fee inside your plan's staff allowance, and no commission on anything you sell. The one variable is extra branches on Studio and Atelier at AED 79/mo each.

Is there really no card required?

Correct. Sign up, get 14 days on the Studio plan, use everything. We ask for billing details only when you choose to continue.

What happens after the trial?

Paid features pause when the trial ends. Request a CCAvenue payment link in Settings → Billing. The team activates your paid period after verifying payment. No card is charged automatically.

Can I switch plans later?

Request a renewal from Settings → Billing. For a different plan, contact the team to agree the price and effective date. Changes are confirmed before payment; automatic proration is not currently offered.

How does per-branch pricing work?

Studio includes 2 branches and Atelier includes 3. Each additional branch is AED 79/mo, added to the same invoice — so a five-branch chain on Atelier is AED 1,657/mo. Add or remove a branch whenever you like; billing follows on the next invoice.

What is an AI credit, and what if I run out?

It is a unit of AI work — a blog post is 5 credits, an arrangement price is 3, a card message is 1. Your allowance resets on the first of each month. If you run out, the AI features pause until the reset or until your account manager adds credits; nothing else in the shop stops, and you are never charged for an overage you did not agree to.

Which currency do you bill in?

Plans are billed in AED. Your own storefront and invoices to your customers are in AED as well — additional GCC currencies are on the roadmap and we will say so here when they land, rather than before.

Is Floree software only?

Yes. Floree is a browser-based software platform for your existing compatible devices. We do not sell or supply devices, scanners or printers.

Do you offer a done-for-you marketing service?

Yes — the Automated Marketing Agency, AED 3,500/mo on top of any plan, month to month. The team helps run connected marketing channels under an agreed scope and publishing authorization. Advertising spend goes to Meta and Google directly and we never mark it up.

Who owns the data?

You do. Your products, customers, orders and content are yours, exportable at any time, and we never sell or share them. Closing your account does not put your customer list anywhere except in your hands.
