Compare the year, not the month.
Most shop systems quote a low monthly figure and bill the rest separately. Here is what a first year on Studio costs against the way the rest of the market prices.

“Typical quote” reflects commonly advertised UAE shop-system pricing where hardware, setup and inventory modules are billed separately. Your own quotes will vary — the point is to total the year before comparing.

Pricing questions, answered.
What exactly will I be charged?
The plan price plus 5% UAE VAT, and nothing else. Studio is AED 449 + VAT = AED 471.45 per month. There is no setup fee, no onboarding fee, no per-user fee inside your plan's staff allowance, and no commission on anything you sell. The one variable is extra branches on Studio and Atelier at AED 79/mo each.
Is there really no card required?
Correct. Sign up, get 14 days on the Studio plan, use everything. We ask for billing details only when you choose to continue.
What happens after the trial?
Your shop moves to read-only for 30 days while you decide. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged. Pick a plan and you are live again instantly. If you walk away, you can export your products, customers and orders on the way out.
Can I switch plans later?
Any time, from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the cycle you have already paid for. Hardware credits carry over.
How does per-branch pricing work?
Studio includes 2 branches and Atelier includes 3. Each additional branch is AED 79/mo, added to the same invoice — so a five-branch chain on Atelier is AED 1,157/mo + VAT. Add or remove a branch whenever you like; billing follows on the next invoice.
What is an AI credit, and what if I run out?
It is a unit of AI work — a blog post is 5 credits, an arrangement price is 3, a card message is 1. Your allowance resets on the first of each month. If you run out, the AI features pause until the reset or until your account manager adds credits; nothing else in the shop stops, and you are never charged for an overage you did not agree to.
Which currency do you bill in?
Plans are billed in AED. Your own storefront and invoices to your customers are in AED as well — additional GCC currencies are on the roadmap and we will say so here when they land, rather than before.
Can I bring my own hardware?
On Seed you need nothing but a browser. On Bloom, bring any Android tablet or iPad with a Bluetooth scanner. On Studio and Atelier we ship a pre-paired bundle — tablet, scanner and receipt printer — so you plug in and start ringing up. It arrives within 2 business days across the GCC and it is yours to keep.
Do you offer a done-for-you marketing service?
Yes — the Automated Marketing Agency, AED 3,500/mo on top of any plan, month to month. Our UAE team plus Floree's AI runs your Instagram, Facebook, ads and content end to end. Advertising spend goes to Meta and Google directly and we never mark it up.
Who owns the data?
You do. Your products, customers, orders and content are yours, exportable at any time, and we never sell or share them. Closing your account does not put your customer list anywhere except in your hands.
