The story
Why a flower-specific platform.
Generic POS systems treat a rose like a t-shirt. They don't know about freshness windows, perishability, water temperature, or that a wedding bouquet has thirty SKUs in it.
Spreadsheets work — until you have eight staff, three locations, and an FTA inspector at the door.
We sat behind the counter at seven shops in three Emirates, watched every step of the day, and shipped Floree against what we saw — not what we imagined.
The result is a platform where every screen exists because someone said this is the part that takes me an hour every morning.
