A corporate buyer ordering 12 birthday bouquets a month for their employees was emailing every order to your shop. The new corporate portal lets them self-serve, see live invoices, and download FTA-compliant statements. Goes live today.
The friction we removed
A corporate customer with 200 employees buys ~12 birthday bouquets and ~8 work-anniversary arrangements a month. The way they used to do it: HR emails the shop, shop quotes back, HR confirms, shop sends the order, repeat. Twenty back-and-forths a month, fragmented across email and WhatsApp, with the invoice piecing together at month end.
Painful for the customer. Painful for the shop. Most of all: prone to errors that get caught only when the AED 18,400 invoice arrives in finance's inbox.
What launched today
The corporate portal — your-shop.floree.ai/portal — gives the corporate's HR contact their own login. They see:
- The corporate's contracted price list (Tier 1/2/3)
- A self-serve order flow (recipient, address, date, card message)
- Their live invoice for the current month, with line items as orders happen
- Past invoices, downloadable as FTA-compliant PDFs
- A request-quote button for one-off larger orders (events, gala dinners)
What stays with the shop
- Approval flow if an order exceeds a per-order spend cap
- Final dispatch decisions (the team can decline / move / customize)
- Card customization (the shop curates message templates)
