Mother's Day checklist 2026
The 21 March deadline is in three weeks. Here's the 14-item operational checklist our top-performing shops use to make sure Mother's Day generates 4× revenue without crashing the dispatch floor.
T-21 days (today)
- [ ] Build the Mother's Day storefront collection — 8–12 SKUs, dedicated landing page
- [ ] Toggle premium card category "For Mum" on; AI message preset live
- [ ] Place wholesaler standing order for soft-pink garden roses, peonies, ranunculus
- [ ] Update delivery windows in storefront — add a paid "before noon" tier
T-14 days
- [ ] Email broadcast to the customer list — short, gentle, "this Sunday"
